Instagram and Twitter were the one introduced me about this brand a year ago. Honestly, I find the brand name very catching, but I have no intention of buying it before.
I settle using petroleum jelly on my lips when I decided to resign from work. It was a relief. I am not a fan of putting lipstick even I go to church or during our dates. I guess I just want to be simple. I will not be spending things that in the end I'll just throw it away because it is already expired. I am contented with my petroleum jelly to smooth it.
I used different kinds of brands even imported ones before, but it made me decide not to continue using them. Some made my lips crack and the worse was it caused little boils. It was really stressing. Scented lip balms do the same as well. I remember just to put a lipstick on I apply petroleum jelly first to prevent it from any allergies.
Sounds funny, but when Happy Skin was used by KC Concepcion and Kris Aquino I thought of trying it. (Hahahaha) I search it in Google and learned that their using trusted ingredients to make their customers skin happy. Now I know why the brand was created. ☺ I changed my mind and very eager to have one. And when we arrived in Davao, part of checking the new mall, I tried my luck to find it in Chimes inside Felcris Central. Happy Skin is there! I chose the "Honeymoon glow" like my favorite KC is trying and gladly I like it. I bought it for P 549.00 pesos only. It is simple and it suits me. I am lucky. I really thought I bought the wrong shade. Thank you, God. Well, of course I was really grateful because my husband was very supportive to try a new brand even if he is also worried of my concerns. And here it is:
For two months I am using it, I am very satisfied. I can directly apply it without the help of petroleum jelly. No allergies came out. My perception of lipstick changed because of the brand. I love it. I thought that I will never find a brand for me, now I am glad that I finally found one. Thank you Happy Skin!
