We arrive in Davao City Friday morning, August 21. We watched two Filipino movies and had a super late lunch at Bistro Selera in SM Lanang. Unfortunately, I was not able to get some pictures of our meals, but I want you to know that I super love their "Selera's Bagaybay". It is a sliced "Bagaybay" wrapped with bacon strip. It is a must try. My first time to dine there was really unforgettable and I want to visit it again. After, we drive the city skirts till night to see new sights. I remember we have to drop by Bankerohan Bridge that night, but hubby told me to visit it early dawn to avoid heavy traffic.
Saturday comes and hubby decided to bring along his mother and brother to join us in our lunch. We dined at Vikings and gladly we were not asked to wait because there were plenty of tables for their walk-in guest. Hubby gave us shopping treat since most of the items were on sale. I am really happy and for me my Kadayawan was already complete. We went home to sleep early last night to be able to see this:
new look of Bankerohan Bridge (Gov. Generoso Bridge)
We woke up at 2:00 AM for this. Hubby asked me if I am satisfied and I said "yes". Finally, I can proudly say that I was able to see it in person (LOL). Forgive me, but I am very grateful that I have a supportive husband to grant my little happiness. Whoever planned to lit this bridge, I salute you! I like it. ☺
That's it.
Happy Sunday everyone.
