Avocado Dressing

When you are getting old and the laboratory tests show negative results you will think twice if you have to stay with your normal life. However, by doing so there is a big chance that it will worsen if disregarded.

Late last year we were starting lessening our red meat intake. Our groceries are all vegetables and seafood. If ever there is a chance that we could eat red meats it would be on special occasions outside the house or if we are in Davao. Fortunately, it resulted in our own advantage because hubby's med results are all okay now. I just hope that it will continue together with our exercise.

Now, I am sharing with you my recent recipe of Avocado Dressing for our vegetable Salad. I miss Eden's Oriental dressing, but because there is no available here in GSC I am forced to do my own. My idea of using Avocado was my friend's suggestion so why not try it. I'm glad that hubby likes it.

Ingredients are:

1 small Avocado
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Celery leaves, minced
3 tbsp Sour cream
Salt and Pepper to taste

Just mix all the ingredients thoroughly and it is ready to use.

I made this for our dinner last night.  Hope you like it as well.
