1 cauliflower head, crushed into rice-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
I guess the food processor is the best way to break down the cauliflower, but I do not have any as of this moment so I use my reliable blender to crush it. All we need is to wash it first and turn into cutlets so it will be easy to break it down.
Once it is finished, sauté garlic until it will become slightly brown and now we can add the crushed cauliflower, salt and pepper. Mix it well and cover it for four minutes or until the cauliflower will become tender. Add the spring onion on top and serve it hot.
